PAYMENT

Payment is due upon completion of work unless otherwise agreed in writing in advance. We accept cash, bank transfer, and other approved payment methods. Late or non-payment may result in recovery action including legal proceedings and associated fees. For certain services or larger projects, a deposit or staged payments may be required at our discretion. All deposits are non-refundable unless the work is cancelled by Poms Plumbing.

CANCELLATIONS

Appointments may be cancelled or rescheduled with at least 24 hours notice. Cancellations made with less than 24 hours notice may incur a call-out or cancellation fee at our discretion. In the event of emergency circumstances on our part, we will reschedule at the next earliest availability and inform the client as soon as reasonably possible.

REFUNDS

A refund may be considered for services not rendered or not completed through fault of Poms Plumbing. Services that have been fulfilled or resolved are not eligible for a refund. Any request for a refund must be made in writing within a reasonable timeframe. Refunds are assessed on a case by case basis and processed in accordance with applicable consumer protection laws. Poms Plumbing reserves the right to decline any refund request where services have been delivered in accordance with these terms.

WARRANTY

Workmanship is guaranteed for a period of 12 months from the date of completion unless otherwise stated in writing. Materials and parts are subject to the relevant manufacturer's warranty only and are not covered by Poms Plumbing beyond that. This warranty does not cover damage caused by misuse, negligence, lack of maintenance, interference, or unauthorised repair or modification by third parties. Any warranty claim must be submitted in writing with proof of original work completed by Poms Plumbing and must be reported within the guarantee period.

LIMITATION OF LIABILITY

To the maximum extent permitted by applicable law, Poms Plumbing shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, or consequential damages arising from use of this website, services provided, loss of data, or business interruption.
